This worked for me! Thank you, Bemomedico. I have a tear in the supraspinatus. I’ve tried PT. It helped to a degree. Invested in the kit and have used it for a month. Pain is gone. I can raise my arm above my head. Getting showered and dressed is easy. I will continue to use the kit in order to further strengthen and maintain healing. I don’t want to think of what would have happened if I didn’t find this kit.

I was having a hard time getting a complete recovery from rotator cuff repair surgery.  This has worked great to get rid of my pain that persisted despite months of physical therapy.  I recommend it.

I did the 6 weeks in October and November and haven’t used it since. I noticed the pain was totally gone sometime around 30–35 days.
I haven’t done maintenance, but I lift weights in the gym twice a week

Shoulder finally healing after years of pain

I’m on the 3rd ball (day 25)…my shoulder has improved significantly! I have also been wearing the brace at night. It took about 4-5 nights to get used to it. I wear it throughout the night now. Very happy and excited to finally heal after years of chronic shoulder pain!
